"Balang Araw" Music Video: Valley of Chrome's New Dish

Metalcore merchants Valley of Chrome has just dropped the most unexpected video concept yet with "Balang Araw."

Produced and directed by Tower Of Doom, the video features the band's favorite signature dishes served by a very special guest... so make sure to watch til the end!

It started out on a rainy Saturday morning in a rented house in Cainta with the band arriving earlier than usual.

The energetic atmosphere was there but the difference was there are no instruments to be found -the answer is simple, they are not playing along to the song.

They are eating along with it.

The concept was more of a statement, always willing to push the envelope for music videos, Carlo and Eric Perlas along with the band had the idea to create the most appetizing metal music video ever.

Inspired by lifestyle and food programs, the video aims to mix the fun vibes of cooking along with the band's heaviness. One comment from YouTube said: "I don't know if I wanna eat or I wanna bang my head."

All it took was take cues from the members' personalities and immortalize them onto their respective dishes. The band -always willing to try something new agreed to the concept. What have they got to lose? In this day and age of short attentions spans, a different approach to metal music videos should happen.

The song also doesn't disappoint as it is one of the finest singles that the band has ever put out. Heavy and a bit leaning on the melodic poppish side, it's the perfect balance. How we wish we can say the same for all the food in the video. Fun!

Check out the Macbeth Fischers at the end of the video!
