Typecast "Against The Ropes" MV

Collaborations will always be within music circles, sometimes it takes years for it to happen but when it does, it becomes absolute magic.
"Against The Ropes" Typecast's new single/video is without a doubt one of their most mature songs to date. The song features Greyhoundz' Reg Rubio in a half rapped / spoken word piece that is totally an outburst mixed with rhymes that tug at one's dark emotional chord.
"The song is basically about hope. I prefer not to give it an exact message but I want the listeners to feel that I wrote this song for them."
- Steve Badiola / Typecast
With the narrative created and shot by award winning director cinematographer Arvin Belarmino features the band at their darkest yet. Shot at the Macbeth HQ with a few volunteering fans. The visuals bring out this dark unsettling feel which brings it to a climactic and breathless end. Those who've already seen the video are stunned dead in their tracks.
"Against The Ropes" is the first single from their upcoming EP to drop this November.
Catch them with Valley of Chrome at the Crows and Vikings Tour beginning this October.
